Low-voltage circuit breaker is a relatively complex electrical appliances, in addition to the correct selection and adjustment, must be properly maintained to ensure its safe operation. Therefore, we should pay attention to the following points:

  1. prior to use anti-rust oil wipe electromagnet working surface, so as not to affect the action value; remove dust falls automatically switch
  2. periodic maintenance, so reducing insulation;
  3. after a certain number of times, the contact surfaces should remove burrs, and other particulate matter; contact wear than 1/3 of the original thickness, should be replaced;
  4. by breaking short-circuit currents or after interrupting normal times, remove the interrupter chamber wall and metal particles and smoke in the grids, in order to maintain a good insulating and arc extinguishing properties;
  5. when necessary, to the rotary operating mechanism of the lubricating portion; ⑥ periodically check the trip unit and the delay setting value.
