Do you know what manufacturing processes are required for a circuit breaker at factory? The production of circuit breakers includes six major working procedures: welding, assembly, inspection, electronics, OTS, and tooling. Today we are going to learn about the OTS process of products in Nader manufacturing line.

Manipulator Add Material

The basic operation flow of the automatic production line is fed by the AGV robot, according to the product work sheet two-dimensional code issued by the SAP system, the the upper and lower shells are separated and assembled separately.

Bottom Treatment of Upper Housing

There are 10 procedures for installing 3 parts(shell, iron disc, gasket); each assembly procedure is completed with an installation accuracy testing procedure to ensure the complete conformity of the assembly.

Conveyor Belt

The conveyor belt can be intelligently identified by sensors, and the start and stop of the conveyor belt can be adjusted according to the working conditions of the front and the rear processes to ensure that the material will not wear and tear on the conveyor belt for a long time.

Upper and Lower Housing Combination

Twelve parts are installed in 25 processes. For example, installation of iron sheet, gasket, handle, trip, arc extinguishing chamber, etc. Then check the on-off ability of the product and start to install the rivets after passing the test. After all the qualified installations are checked, they flow to the testing station.

Instantaneous Detection

Instantaneous detection includes 5 running-in tests, second running-in and 1 trippiing test to ensure that the product cuts off the circuit in time when it fails.

Cooling Tower

After delayed detection, the product heating can not accurately detect other performance, so colling tower is required, about 45 minutes, a cooling tower can accommodate 1000 poles products at the the same time.

Multi-pole Assembly

After the single pole product has been sprayed with barcode, affix the cap and flow to the next station. Multi-pole products require 9 processes.
